Support and Maintenance |
Support and maintenance is an optional service which ARK CLS offers
to clients who have purchased licences to its software. This service
is provided via email and the telephone during normal office hours.
If requested, however, onsite support and maintenance can be also
be provided.
Clients on support and maintenance will speak directly to geophysical
software engineers who will be able to respond swiftly to any query.
Additionally clients will be able to receive software updates (patches
and new releases) via the client area of out site.
