Support and maintenance
Support and maintenance is a recommended service which ARK CLS offers to clients who have purchased licences to its software. This service is provided via email and telephone during normal office hours. If requested, onsite support and maintenance can be provided at additional cost.
Clients on support and maintenance speak directly to geophysical software engineers who are able to respond swiftly to any query. Additionally, clients are able to receive software updates (patches and new releases) via the download area of our website.
